Hi there

A customer of us just contacted us and told us, that it is not possible anymore, to upload the site to an FTP with the free version. Is this true? Is there really no way to do that?

We only have a few customers who use the free version but if the FTP-Upload is not possible anymore, we have to think about moving all the website which would be a pain in the A...

Andreas,

You can export HTML with the free version. There is the blue export button. Please provide a screenshot of the export dialog of your client.

Hi there

We might use the wrong button. Usually, we do it with the "veröffentlichen" button or the import/export button. This is where we have the problem that we need a premium version, to get anywhere - see screenshot.

Andreas,

The FTP upload will not work it's premium. Export HTML to a folder, and upload that folder with any third party app, like FileZilla, for example.
