All payments go through our partner PayPro Global's Customer Service and we do not see any details about why the payment has not yet gone through. We can see that the status of your order - Processing.

They most likely sent a letter to your email with details about this payment, so check all your email folders, including spam, and contact them for support.

I got an email from PayPro say that they were not able to process my order because no approval from the software vendor has been received. See attached image for reference any advise, thank you.

From our side, we can see that the Nicepage Business premium plan was Canceled. Usually, it doesn't require our approval.
Please try again using another card.
