Ask a Question

How to make a user enter the protected page password more than once ?
if he refreshed the page or exited it , it would ask for the password again

Hello Maha,
Thanks for choosing Nicepage!

Unfortunately for now there is no such functionality in Nicepage. We added your proposition to our wishlist.

For anyone asking the same question , I found the solution for your problem
navigate to nicepage.js file when exporting the project and you will find the function responsible for user authorization and password , the function stores the password in local storage , you just have to edit the function to not store the password hash in local storage and that's it.

Jerry,

Please create a separate private case, and we will try to assist you in that.

Dear intouch.co0,
it seems you found a solution for that request whereas Nicepage support is only answering in many chats that there is no solution for it.
What was the outcome of that private chat requested by Nicepage support.
I also don't find it very attractive and secure to enter a password for a protected page only once and then this restricted page opens without password request "forever".
Adding an expiring entry in the page properties would be an attractive feature.
